Kamworks installs solar powered internet connected school

On Friday 27th of April Picosol Cambodia celebrated the opening of the first computer classroom in their "solar schools" project. In this project Children are connected through Solar Power and Computers.

Solar panels will supply energy for computers in Cambodia. Solar Panels on a Dutch school generate income to use for maintenance of the system. Kids from rural areas in Cambodia will be introduced in working with computers in their own playful way. Through an internet connection and an understandable internet connection, they will make contact with Dutch age fellows.

Kamworks installed the Solar Sytem for this project. The plans of Picosol are to expand this project to many schools in Cambodia and Holland.  For more information visit the Picosol Cambodia website at http://cambodia.picosol.nl
