Work within Kamworks installing residential and private commercial photovoltaic systems
Responsibilities:
- Clean debris, trash and hazardous materials from construction sites
• Dig trenches and pour concrete as instructed
• Assist in installing solar panels and cables - Operate forklifts to transport materials and equipment from one place to another on a installation site
• Erect temporary structures and scaffolding
• Place signs to warn about of installation in process
• Clean and maintain construction equipment appropriately
• Load and unload equipment from trucks
• Ensure that all work is being done in compliance with the company’s protocols
• Train apprentices and new hires in construction labor work
• Use hand tools to cut and shape material as per instructions
Required Skills:
- Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
- The ability to understand and communicate information.
- Active and dynamic people, open and willing to learn the job.
- Laborers who have specialized skills have the best opportunities
Required Experience:
- No experience is needed.
- Working knowledge of solar installation, construction and/or roofing
- School Diploma or equivalent
