Kamworks was started by three Dutch entrepreneurs: Arjen Luxwolda, Henry de Gooijer and Jeroen Verschelling. Arjen lives permanently in Cambodia now and manages the day to day operation of Kamworks as Managing Director. Henry and Jeroen support Arjen from the Netherlands. Currently Kamworks employs 5 Khmer staff.
